Training sessions for sales staff at BenQ in Liaoning Province took place from 29 to 30 October. A novel approach provided more thorough training than other brands do. The training also helped participants establish and deepen a sense of identity with BenQ. After the training was completed, a survey was conducted, revealing that it resulted in an marked increase of confidence in BenQ’s new products, store image, brand positioning, sales techniques, and brand strength.
