BYOC is abbreviation for "Bring Your Own Computer", gamers can bring their own computers & consoles to connect on a single network (LAN) and play multi-player games. It was started from 2007 and has become the largest gaming event in India now. 2012 tournaments were held with Counter Strike, DOTA, Call of Duty, Battlefield, Need For Speed and so on. Over 500 participants and 1,000 viewers joined the 3-Day event for 60 hours non-stop gaming fiesta from June 22 to 24.
As the display sponsor, BenQ India provided 10 units of RL2240H for competition on the stage and had brand exposure at entire venue. Another 6 units of XL2420T & RL2450H were provided to NVIDIA to demonstrate the 3D performance at their booth.
BenQ gaming monitors not only showcased at NVIDIA booth but also placed on Cheng You booth, where also attracted over 500 viewers to experience our gaming monitors in person.
